***Update*** 12:10 PM CST A Fiber was cut a few miles from one of our datacenters, and this caused the brief outages that some of our customers saw. The data center is on redundant lines, but it took about 30 minutes to get completely switched over. Everything should be fine now. NineDot Systems Support Staff
***Update*** 11:45 PM CST If you are seeing downtimes on your site or emails right now, it is because one of our data centers is having some troubles with Packet Loss and its causing long ping times and troubles with anyone reaching their servers/sites. They are aware of the situation and assure us that they will resolve this problem in short order. If you have any other questions, feel free to respond to this notice or email us at support@nindedotsystems.com We will update everyone when the servers come back online.

*****UPDATE***** The restore is complete. If your site is still not online please contact us via a support ticket immediately. *****UPDATE***** *****UPDATE***** The server is online and cpanel has been reinstalled but we are still restoring accounts and customer data. This is going to take time but we are doing everything we can to make it go as quickly as possible. We will update you when the restore is complete. *****UPDATE***** Around 4am CST, jefferson.surgeservers.net went down with what appeared to be an OS issue. We have been working diligently since 4am to restore services but unfortunately it has been determined that we will have to replace the hard drive that is failing, rather than risk further issues. We have already begun this process but it will take some time to complete. We understand your frustration regarding this issue but we ask that you place any questions you have via our ticket system or directly to support@ninedotsystems.com. We deeply regret the inconvenience however please rest assured that we are working as fast as humanly possible to restore services to everyone. We will update this news article as we go along.
